Maintenance for one year is provided as part of the initial purchase price and includes product support, upgrades and problem fixes.
Support is provided by telephone, e-mail and by this website. The website allows registered users to log problem reports; to view all reported problems and their status; to take part in a discussion group and to download software updates and documentation. The site is located at http://www.puma-mids.co.uk.
Documentation and Training
A comprehensive user guide and on-line help is provided with PUMA.
A one day training course is available and can be delivered with formal instruction from experienced MIDS engineers on all aspects of the tool’s capabilities and the techniques of data monitoring, control and recording. The training incorporates a balance of lectures and hands-on exercises to familiarise users with PUMA.
